The latest release of Amplifi PRO introduces embedded Agentic AI into procurement workflows, enabling faster insight generation, improved sourcing decisions and more intelligent operations.
WNS Procurement, part of Capgemini, has launched the next generation of its flagship procurement intelligence platform, Amplifi PRO. Featuring embedded AI agents that make truly intelligent procurement operations possible, the release overhauls procurement teams’ ability to access intelligence, interpret market signals and make sourcing decisions across the entire procurement lifecycle.
By combining advanced analytics, curated intelligence and decision support within a single environment, Amplifi PRO enables organizations to move from fragmented insight to faster, more confident decision-making. Designed for an increasingly complex and AI-driven supply landscape, the solution equips procurement leaders to anticipate market shifts, unlock greater value from suppliers and respond more quickly to evolving supply markets.
Amplifi PRO is a comprehensive intelligence platform designed to support the full procurement function. The solution delivers three tiers of intelligence, providing flexibility to match specific organizational needs. This includes a foundation of pre-built intelligence through category dashboards, supplier insights and a rich library of procurement resources and tools. The platform also adds AI-powered contextual intelligence for rapid sourcing insights, as well as specialist intelligence to support complex, strategic procurement initiatives.
Amplifi PRO combines AI-driven intelligence with WNS Procurement’s Best of AI + Human Intelligence model, where generative AI is supported by deep domain expertise, analyst validation, proprietary datasets and subject matter expertise to ensure insights remain both rapid and reliable.
“Procurement teams from CPOs and COEs to category managers, are operating in an increasingly volatile environment shaped by inflation pressures, supply disruptions and geopolitical uncertainty.
Amplifi PRO delivers truly unlimited procurement intelligence that covers every direct and indirect category by embedding Agentic AI into procurement intelligence.
This means organizations can move faster from data to insight to action while maintaining the accuracy and judgment that only domain expertise can provide.”
Mita Gupta, EVP & Business Unit Head, WNS Procurement (Capgemini)
The platform also features an updated user interface designed for streamlined request intake and intelligent query resolution. PIA+, WNS Procurement’s proprietary AI agent, is accessible within everyday tools such as Microsoft Teams, enabling seamless integration with existing workflows.
The new release includes ready-built AI agents designed to help procurement teams strengthen supplier intelligence, accelerate sourcing decisions and navigate rapidly changing supply markets. These out-of-the-box agents include:
-
Category dashboard agent that delivers in-depth and up-to-date intelligence across any category and geography aligned to client taxonomies
-
Supplier discovery agent that builds a quick list (along with basic information) of suitable suppliers for the desired category across any geography as per client requirements
-
Supplier profile agent that captures key details of suppliers
-
SMA agent that creates configurable content for supplier market analysis reports
-
SRA agent that creates content for supplier risk analysis reports
The latest release also introduces configurable intelligence dashboards, persona-based quick insights and modular integration capabilities that allow procurement intelligence to be embedded directly within a client’s enterprise procurement systems. Once insight has been gathered, it can also be converted into slides and downloaded at the click of a button for seamless integration into presentations.
The new Amplifi PRO will host one of the industry’s most extensive procurement intelligence libraries, including more than 2,100 pre-built category dashboards, intelligence on over 100,000 suppliers and thousands of cost structures, drivers and commodity price series across direct and indirect procurement categories.
