resilience and dedication of our people have been nothing short of inspiring. I am immensely proud of each of our

our sourcing roadmap for the future.

I am beyond excited about the combined capabilities we now possess as a procurement
business, thanks to the recent acquisitions of The Smart Cube and OptiBuy. The leadership team and I have spent
a tremendous amount of time crafting how we will operate as a combined business, leveraging these capabilities
to serve our existing and new clients better.
At the core, we are a procurement end-to-end ecosystem builder. Now, that core is enhanced through The Smart
Cube’s intelligence and analytics, which fuels our digital
product solutions, accelerates our client’s procurement maturity and strengthens their strategic
sourcing roadmap.
We have always played a small part in the platform services space prior to combining our
capabilities with OptiBuy – but now we are on the map as a platform services integrator that can take a
leading role, especially in North America.
As we’ve always advocated for a holistic approach to Procurement and Digital Transformation, these acquisitions provide us with a greater capacity to
infuse even stronger holistic strategies into our work.

Our role as a leading procurement ecosystem builder is to anticipate the evolving
