Most procurement transformations don't fail because of the technology. They fail because organisations try to transform everything at once — without first identifying where procurement can create the greatest business impact.
Join WNS Procurement, part of Capgemini, in partnership with CASME for a practical, no-nonsense discussion on how to approach procurement transformation the right way: starting with business priorities, not tools.
What You'll Learn
In this webinar, we'll cover:
-
Why procurement transformations often stall before they deliver value
-
How to identify where transformation will create the biggest business impact
-
Why technology selection should be the outcome of transformation planning — not the starting point
-
Common pitfalls organisations face when digitising procurement
-
Practical prioritisation strategies and lessons from real transformation programmes
What You'll Take Away
Every registered attendee will receive a practical procurement transformation checklist— designed to help teams assess readiness, prioritise initiatives, and structure transformation efforts more effectively.
