Testimonials
“The WNS Denali team has proven to be a great partner as they understand and share our passion for growing our organization. WNS Denali's openness and willingness to address feedback has allowed us to enable great change and progress to continually expand Denali's role. WNS Denali continues to look for new ways to add value to our Sourcing organization.”
“We were looking for a technology-agnostic procurement services provider to support our end-to-end global procure-to-pay (P2P) deployment. In addition, we needed process redesign and standardization across 27 European countries. WNS Denali supported this critical change management project that included knowledge transfer and engagement initiatives to drive massive adoption efforts. We had 100% volume take over from Day 1 and hit our go-live target too!”
“We were looking for a partner to help increase Procurement’s reach and realize our savings objectives. In addition, we wanted to make the shift from strategic sourcing to a Category Management model. WNS Denali supported our entire end-to-end transformation. Together, we co-created a program that included training, coaching, capability building, and procurement technology. The WNS Denali team also supported execution work for spot buying, sourcing, and contracting services to achieve our goals.”
“Our organization wanted to transform procurement into an agile and full-service support model. This approach included onshore, offshore, and nearshore components. WNS Denali helped craft a flexible model to ensure we could meet our specific stakeholder and regulatory needs.”
“Our organization set out to completely restructure indirect procurement, including re-defining our ‘why’ for the business. WNS Denali partnered with us throughout this entire transformation. They helped us co-create a best-fit procurement organization from the ground up. Since then, we have trained and onboarded new team members, built frameworks and digital infrastructures, and gained support on sourcing and contracting execution. As a result, we have rebuilt and strengthened our procurement ecosystem to add tremendous value to our organization.”
